Argosy Post 5.1 Install Issues. Turning off TxOne StellarProtect.

I wanted to put this out for anyone that is working with a site that has a problem trying to install the new Argosy Post 5.1. I was working with TC Delivers Dallas and they were not able to upgrade Argosy Post 5.1 Cycle O software. The error message states that DOTNet Framework 4.7.xx needs to be installed. I tried to install it manually through the Resources\DOT Net Framework folder and it failed again stating a problem happened with the install, sending information to Microsoft for a resolution. If you run into this problem look on the Desktop or Control Panel\ Program and Features for a program called TxOne StellarProtect or any kind of Virus Scanning software. TxOne was blocking the DOT Net Framework from loading. You will have to open a Command Prompt and navigate to the TxOne folder and type the command line to Stop the Services. You cannot do it from Services. Once Stopped you will have to manually install the Dot Net Framework. The system will reboot after the install and when it comes back up you will need to Stop the Services again to install the Argosy Post. After Argosy Post installs it will reboot again and then you can update the Smartmatch Directories. The directories and NPI software are not effected by the TxOne software. I am not sure about a Manifest Database update because, we did not do that update this time. I am attaching the TxOne StellarProtect documentation and at the bottom of the document is the instructions to Stop the Services. Please keep this in a safe place incase it comes up again.
